From the holiday home you reach Pointe-du-Bout in just 4 minutes by car.
You will find there many bars, restaurants, leisure activities as well as beautiful beaches like that of Anse Mitan.
Despite its strategic position, don't worry, Villa Oscar is nestled in the heights of a very quiet residential area.
This vacation rental with infinity pool is located on private grounds secured by an electric gate.
You can park three vehicles there.

Villa Oscar is a high-end modern house built on one level.
The contemporary entrance lined with multipliers opens onto a large living room composed of two very distinct living areas:
first the dining area, then the lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen television (access to Orange channels).
This bright, totally open-plan room offers beautiful volumes and gives pride of place to works of art.
The modern decoration is punctuated with touches of color.
A large, very well-equipped modern kitchen (Nespresso espresso machine, American fridge, blender, dishwasher) is located in the extension of the living room.
It has a very large worktop, ideal for cooking in good conditions.
You will undoubtedly appreciate the large openings on the terrace from the living room as well as the kitchen to take full advantage of the superb view.
The sleeping area of the holiday home is made up of four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed.
Villa Oscar has two master suites; one overlooks the terrace, the other the courtyard.
The first master suite has a 160 double bed, a large dressing room and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
The second suite has a double bed 160, a flat screen TV and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
It is equipped with a flat screen television.
A hallway from the living room leads to the other two bedrooms of the holiday home.
The two bedrooms have a double bed 140 and share a bathroom with walk-in shower and wc.
As far as outdoor facilities are concerned, the living room of the vacation rental opens onto a large furnished terrace.
You will undoubtedly be amazed by the sensational view of the bay of Trois-Ilets as well as the bay of Fort-de-France.
On the terrace, several living spaces are available to you: a deckchair area for basking in the sun, a large dining table for meals outside sheltered from the sun, a terrace lounge for your aperitifs or small -breakfasts as well as a small garden table. The whole surrounds a beautiful infinity pool of 7m by 3m secured by an alarm and maintained with salt.

You will have to travel only 1.5 kilometers to get to the famous beach of Anse Mitan and only 500m more to reach Bakoua beach.

Are you looking for a nautical activity? Go to the Yacht for a jet-ski ride, unless you prefer to learn about the towed buoy at Cocofly!
In the evening, you can have a drink or dine in one of the many bars and restaurants on the Pointe du bout or play your games at the Casino!
